Moving!

Ok. Packing is in full swing.  We are in the middle of it and I am already tired.  Great news (at least for me:0)) We got the scrap studio painted last night!  Whoooo hoooo! So stinkin' excited!  I chose a blue that I call Tiffany Blue, but it turns out that Tiffany Blue is more of a blue-green.  So, I guess I need to figure out another name for it.  The "official" name is Nevada Sky.  LOVE it!  Really bright and fun.  Going to Ikea today to pick out some fun things for the "new" house.  I found a really cute room divider/book case for the kids' room.  We'll see how it goes.  I want to post a pic of my new room, but it's going to have to wait.  I haven't downloaded the pictures yet.  I have them on my phone, but they didn't turn out very well.  I am trying to keep the updates current on my facebook page.  You can follow me on FB if you want to keep up with the updates.

Moving Time!

Well, it's official, we're moving!  Long story short, we are moving into my sister-in-law's house.  They are moving and offered the house to us...mortgage free.  We couldn't pass it up.  So, our house is now on the market, my classes/workshops are on hold and we will be moving soon...The plan is to get our things out as soon as they are out of the house.  It's still up in the air as to when that will be, but we are thinking sometime in mid-July or August.  I will keep you posted on upcoming workshops.  I want to get back to teaching as soon as we can get settled.  Good news: I get my own scrap space at the new place!  Whooo Hoooo!  Super excited.  It's a pretty big room and hopefully it will work out.  It's conditional; the kids are going to have to share a room...we aren't sure how that's going to work yet.  Say a prayer (or two) for us!  Right now, we are getting ready to show the house and my job for the next few weeks is to keep the place as clean as possible and to keep the kids occupied so that they don't tear up the place...not an easy job!  My kids are pretty wild and can cause tornado-like destruction in less that 30 seconds.  (As I type this, it is happening, so I guess my update is over!)
